HVAC Mechanic/Technician
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Experience with the installation of refrigerant piping systems preferred. We provide both commercial and residential service.
Responsibilities:- Install HVAC systems following design specifications- Repair or replace defective equipment or components- Weld or braze parts to repair defective joints and leaks- Design HVAC systems for new construction projects- Build ductwork for HVAC systems- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Proficiency in refrigeration principles and practices- Ability to weld or braze components- Experience with air conditioning systems- Strong mechanical aptitude for building and maintaining HVAC systems
Health, Dental and Vision insurance is available to all employees. We also offer gas reimbursement to all job sites over 50 miles a day to employees. Rate is based off of the current State of Maryland milage rate.
